General Conditions
1. Misuse of the service
The inappropriate use of our infrastructure for non-permitted activities is not allowed:
- Cryptocurrencies mining
- Sending SPAM or mass emails
- Host prohibited content
- Illegal activities
- Resale of services without authorization
We reserve the right to stop all services, without prior notice and without the possibility of refund, if we detect any abusive practice.
2. Delay in payments
Payments must be current at all times, the contracted service could be paused if there are pending payments for more than 15 days.
The service can be permanently terminated if payment is not received within 30 days from the date of issuance of the invoice, automatically destroying all data and backup copies permanently.
3. Restore from backups
The backup service is included free of charge, but if it is necessary to restore data for reasons beyond the service, it will cost 97 dollars plus the hours of intervention (15 dollar / hour).
4. Cancellation of services
It is possible to cancel the services at any time, but for services contracted on a monthly basis, the corresponding amount must be paid until the annual cycle (January to December) is completed.
The cancellation of services before the end of the cycle period does not entail the return of the part not used.
5. External providers
The web hosting and domains service is provided by external providers:
Domains: IP Corporate Solutions, S.L.
Accommodation: OVH Hispano, S.L.
We assign the owner of each domain registered with us to the client who contracts the service. These data can be consulted at this link: https://lookup.icann.org, indicating your domain.
By contracting a domain, you accept the terms and conditions of ICANN, an international non-profit entity responsible for hosting IP addresses, managing generic and territorial domains, and assigning protocol identifiers. (ICANN rights and benefits, other information of interest).
